Whether you need a repair under warranty, out of warranty, under AppleCare or AppleCare+ coverage, following an accident, or under coverage from a service program, we will fix all of your MacBook, iMac, Mac Pro, Mac mini, iPhone, iPad, iPod, Apple Watch, AirPods, Beats, or Apple TV devices in a very short time.
We only use original spare parts and ensure all repairs are carried out by authorized, certified technicians.
This guarantees that even after a repair, your Apple product will remain an Apple product.


Your Apple product, purchased in Switzerland, is guaranteed for 2 years (except under exclusion of warranty, or for products purchased on behalf of a company).

The warranty is broken down into two distinct years:

  • 1st year of warranty = manufacturer’s warranty 
    (valid at MySwisstech without proof of purchase)
  • 2nd year of warranty = consumer warranty (except under exclusion by the reseller or Apple)
    (valid at MySwisstech with proof of purchase, including the product serial number)

Disable the “Find My” function

The Find My function is to your device what a lock is to a bike (essentially a form of anti-theft protection).

To intervene on your device, we need this function to be disabled..
